Hello Sunday Morning was born in 2009 when founder, Chris Raine undertook a year-long experiment to quit drinking. A nightclub promoter at the time, Chris blogged about the challenges and successes of this experiment when he woke up hangover-free every Sunday Morning signing off with “Hello, Sunday Morning!”

Hello Sunday Morning has since grown into a bona-fide health service, developing products and services that help people improve their relationship with alcohol.

Pioneering, Empathic, Authentic, Respectful, Supportive – are the values the organisation upholds.

Their Mission is to change the world’s relationship with alcohol, one Sunday at a time.

Behind the Scenes:

Compliance Council’s process involves a series of workshops with key management personnel as well as participation from the non-managerial workforce of the organisation, resulting in improved adherence to the system via a consultative approach.

Hello Sunday Morning kicked off their certification journey with Compliance Council in the start of 2021.

To develop and implement a customised Business Management system compliant to ISO 9001, Compliance Council had reviewed the standard and its applicability to the organisation in January, and presented the overview of requirements to the management team.

In February, our Senior Consultant, Brett Duff conducted a Discovery workshop to assess the organisation against the criteria of the standard.

This included - Identifying the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT); Review of existing processes and procedures of the organisation; Document the outcomes of the said procedures; Awareness to Management and provide ISO induction training to the team.

The session was conducted at Hello Sunday Morning’s offices in Surry Hills, and in attendance was their Executive team.
