Risk Workshops

Compliance Council assists organisations with defining and implementing a fit-for-purpose risk framework that aligns with ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Guidelines. Compliance Council conduct risk workshops with organisations to produce the following deliverables:

• A tailored Risk Framework document and supporting risk management tools (if there is no Enterprise Risk Management System in place).
• Risk evaluation and assessment criteria relevant to the context of the organisation, including criteria for consequence / impact, likelihood and a risk matrix.
• Strategic and operational risk identification, classification and prioritisation.
• Treatment plan development.
• Key risk area monitoring and reporting.
• Risk review and acceptance.

Compliance Council’s team of consultants are multi-disciplinary and are able to offer an organisation access to current SME knowledge across the various risk domains that an organisation must consider to get a holistic view of their risk profile.
