THE CHALLENGE

Consultation Manager are encountering increased competition within the stakeholder engagement software market and needed to look at other ways of differentiating themselves apart from the features of their product and the service they provide.

Our Solution

Compliance Council recommended that Consultation Manager allocate resources to obtaining third party certification against ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015. Compliance Council commenced an 8 step process to review Consultation Manager’s current state and identify gaps that need to be addressed during the audit. Like most companies Consultation Manager were completing activities that demonstrated compliance with the standard and were just lacking in documented evidence of these activities occurring.

Consultation Manager achieved certification to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 in January 2017.
