Erilyan Case study
Brief
Erilyan Group are a leading commercial construction business who complete work in the $1m - $150m range. Erilyan have direct management projects totalling $600m, and a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to support clients and achieve their corporate objectives.
As a result of continual improvement, Erilyan adopted digital construction technology platforms Procore and HammerTech to digitise their service delivery and provide clear, consistent and reliable results to their clients. As a result of these changes, Erilyan identified the need to remap their Erilyan Management System to suit the processes and functions of these platforms.
A key measurement for success was the effective implementation of Procore, HammerTech, the digitisation of traditional Office based Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets, and adherence to its requirements validated by internal and external audit activities.
Service
Compliance Council were engaged to assist deliver a remapped management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, with processes and procedures updated to refer to Procore and HammerTech as necessary, as well as the review of all operational, support and management policies, processes and procedures to ensure they reflect work as done at Erilyan.
Subsequently, all forms, checklists and registers that were currently utilised via Word or Excel were to be digitised as an Inspection or other mechanism within each platform where relevant.
Compliance Council and Erilyan reviewed existing policies, processes and procedures via a process of determining which are currently applicable and reflective of organisational activities, which can be archived requiring a full review and overhaul, and where within existing and new elements of the management system Procore, HammerTech and other associated platforms are to be referred to.
Furthermore, Compliance Council developed a bespoke HSEQ Management Plan that refers to relevant platforms, whilst providing a consistent approach to HSEQ activities on site which benefits clients, subcontractors, consultants and other interested parties relevant to Erilyan projects.
Deliverable
A remapped management system reflective of work as done policies, processes and procedures, compliant to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and consideration where relevant of management system applications such as Procore and HammerTech.
